The turn around time on your order with LYFE Studios starts when you’ve paid in full and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, working /correct tags, all fonts required for editable tags, all shipping info, etc.). Delay in receipt of *any* of this info can/will result in production delays. Our current turnaround time is 5-10 Business Days Average + Shipping. Complex orders/add-ons may increase turnaround. Delay in approval of mock ups can/will also result in production delays. Each finishing service will add extra time to the turn around on orders, adding roughly 2 days per finishing to the turn around time. The most up-to-date turnaround time will be listed on your quote and invoice.
If you have a deadline for your order, it is very important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise us about a due date until after your order has been paid for and pushed through our system, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Any circumstances out of LYFE's control (ie: weather delays, shipping errors by the supplier, etc.) may also require more time and are not factored into the initial turn around time estimate.

How does pricing work?
Pricing is specifically calculated for each individual client's job. Since many factors affect pricing (turn around time, number of pieces, method of printing, difficulty of artwork) all jobs are quoted on a case to case basis. We pride ourselves in not only working for the client, but with the client.
Do I need to make an appointment?
An appointment is not always necessary, but we encourage our clients to meet with us face to face so that we can better understand you as a client as well as the jobs you want us to produce. Artwork file's are of the upmost importance in regards to your job, so sending us this before meeting is encouraged. Can you ship/deliver my order?
Yes, we ship domestically within the United States as well as deliver directly around the New York City metropolitan area. Shipping and delivery charges will be calculated and added to your invoice.
What wholesale brands can I purchase shirts from through LYFE STUDIOS?
Please refer to our "Wholesale Partnerships" page which details the clothing manufactures we have accounts with. If you do not see a company present that you would like to use, feel free to tell us and we will let you know if we can buy wholesale from them.
Can I supply my own shirts?
Yes, although we do encourage that you order your garments through one of our trusted accounts. If you insist on supplying your own shirts, LYFE STUDIOS is not responsible for any damages or disfigurations that might occur during the printing process.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
There are NO returns, refunds, or exchanges on any custom order placed.
We take great care to ensure that everything we put out is a quality garment. All of our clients are valued clients, and we want to exceed your expectations. In the event that you do find something wrong, let us know. We allow a 48 hour (from the time you receive your order) window to be informed of errors and are not responsible for items that have already been sold or distributed.
There is a 25% cancellation fee for any order placed after a customer's invoice has been paid partially or entirely. Not included in the 25% fee is restocking fees and return shipping for merchandise not used. You will also be charged for any wasted material.
We do not claim ownership of any photograph's used on this site, unless otherwise noted by LYFE Studios. Photograph's on this site are used strictly for promotional use only, and are not intended to be infringing upon the rights of their owners. Again these photographs are for promotional use only. If your photograph is being used and you would like us to remove it, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a prompt removal.
Also, if you are wanting to produce items on behalf of large companies such as for example the New York Yankees, Mets, Giants, Coca-Cola, etc, you will need to provide an official certificate from the organization stating that you have permission to reproduce their likeness. We do not illegally produce (bootleg) garments of any sort.
Social Media Sharing
We love to stay connected with our clients through various social media outlets like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. This oftentimes means posting pictures of the awesome designs we create. We also like to show off our hard work on our own website and blog. Therefore, we assume it’s OK to share photos of your garment unless otherwise told. If you’d prefer to keep yours under wraps, no problem just let us know beforehand.
Slight variations can be expected in regards to image placement. We cannot guarantee that each image will be printed in the exact same distance from either seam or collar on every individual garment. Luckily this is nothing major and the differentiations will be negligible.
Colors look different on every computer screen which is why we use the Pantone Solid Coated System to match our colors. If you have access to them, send us the Pantone Solid Coated numbers you want for your design. This allows us to match your colors as accurately as possible. When digitally printing items, colors may vary. We do our best to keep the color's integrity as much as possible.
